How are property visits organised today?

We are following the rules seet out by the government. Before the visit, the people visiting receive the following list of security measures to be followed. During the visit, we make sure the required measures are adhered to:

  • Estate agent and residents are waiting outside.
  • Arrive on time.
  • Keep the visit brief. If you have any questions, ask them afterwards, outside the property, or contact us later by mail or phone.
  • Keep the number of visitors limited to 2 people.
  • Wear a face mask.
  • Keep at least 1.5 m distance from other people.
  • Do not shake hands.
  • Do not touch anything in the property. We will open the doors and we will air the property as much as possible before and after the visit.
  • Do not share materials (e.g. ball point pen).
  • We will provide hand sanitizer gel.
  • Cancel your appointment if you are ill, if you think you may be infected or if you are required to quarantine.
  • Follow our guidelines during the visit.

We ask occupants to take the following security measures during the visit:

  • Do not shake hands.
  • If possible, leave the property during the visit.
  • If you stay in the property, please wear a face mask, stay in one room if at all possible, and keep a 1.5 meter distance.
  • Cancel the visit if you or your family members are ill, if any of you think they may be infected or if you are required to quarantine.
  • Follow our guidelines during the visit.

I would like to sell or let a property. Can Ifac Service come over and value my property?

We can visit your property for a valuation, during which the following security measures apply:

  • We will limit the duration of the visit.
  • We will wear a face mask.
  • We will keep a distance of 1.5 meters from you and from others in the property.
  • We do not shake hands and only use our own materials (e.g. ball point pen).
  • We touch as little as possible during the visit and apply the required hand hygiene measures. We bring our own hand sanitizer gel.
  • We will cancel the planned visit if we, or our family members, are ill, if we think any of us may be infected or if we are required to quarantine.

We ask property owners to take the following security measures during the visit:

  • Please e-mail us as much information as possible beforehand (plans, energy performance certificate, deed, property tax info, etc).
  • Do not shake hands.
  • If possible, leave the property during the visit.
  • If you stay in the property, please wear a face mask, stay in one room if at all possible, and keep a 1.5 meter distance.
  • Cancel the visit if you or your family members are ill, if any of you think they may be infected or if you are required to quarantine.
  • Follow our guidelines during the visit.

If you urgently need an indication of the value of your home, but would rather not have us visit your house yet, you can use our online valuation tool. We will send you a realistic price range within 48 hours. You can also e-mail all available information about your property to filip@ifacservice.be or valerie@ifacservice.be, who will inform you by telephone or e-mail and set a date for a property visit in the future.

How are contracts being signed today?

We opt for digital signatures as much as possible. You receive your contract via e-mail and can sign it digitally, or send us a signed document.
