We are following the rules seet out by the government. Before the visit, the people visiting receive the following list of security measures to be followed. During the visit, we make sure the required measures are adhered to:
Estate agent and residents are waiting outside.
Arrive on time.
Keep the visit brief. If you have any questions, ask them afterwards, outside the property, or contact us later by mail or phone.
Keep the number of visitors limited to 2 people.
Wear a face mask.
Keep at least 1.5 m distance from other people.
Do not shake hands.
Do not touch anything in the property. We will open the doors and we will air the property as much as possible before and after the visit.
Do not share materials (e.g. ball point pen).
We will provide hand sanitizer gel.
Cancel your appointment if you are ill, if you think you may be infected or if you are required to quarantine.

We can visit your property for a valuation, during which the following security measures apply:
