Presenting the property on leading real estate sites

About ten years ago, the printed press, and especially the classifieds sections in the free weekly magazines were the best medium to advertise a property. Today, leading real estate websites are at least as important. We advertise your property on several real estate sites, with a clear description and attractive photographs.

Visits and assessment of applicants

We ensure that prospective tenants can visit your property when it suits them, and we provide them with the necessary information. Every person interested in renting your property will fill out our application form, which meets the recommendations of the Belgian Privacy Commission. Based on the provided objective information, we establish if future tenants are likely to be able to pay the rent and if your property suits their needs. An example: if you let a one-bedroom apartment, it is not suitable for a family of five. You will be informed about all applicants and always have the final say in the selection of your tenant.

The right contract

Once a suitable tenant has been found, we prepare the lease and invite you and the tenant to sign the lease at our agency. We also provide advice about the property survey, the mandatory registration of the lease, the formalities to be completed at the end of the lease, and more.
