At the end of March, Tomas will leave the Ifac Service property management team. Tomas has been following an engineering course over the past few years and will soon start working in construction. Our new colleague Geert has joined Ifac Service on the 1st of March. After extensive training, he will take over Tomas's tasks. Tomas and Geert have been working together over the past weeks to ensure a swift transfer. Dieter, Lynn and Geert (from left to right in the photograph) are now in charge of all technical issues in the properties we manage.
Greet is in charge of the financial property management: payments, indexations, calculations of provisions and costs. Sarah drafts all rental contracts. Eva and Janik manage all rental contracts: they follow up on all notices that are given and prepare the ingoing and outgoing property surveys at the start and end of the lease. Since November, Dieter coordinates the activities of the technical property management team. His e-mail address is dieter@ifacservice.be. Lynn is the first point of contact for tenants in case of technical issues. Geert ensures that all technical issues are addresses and will visit your property if required.
